30-Day Unconditional Return Window

All items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unlit, unsqueezed, unplanted, unconsumed, and un-applied-to-any-cut-of-meat.

Condition Requirements

  • Apparel: Must retain all original tags, including the proprietary Brosnan compliance hologram.
  • Candles: Must be unburned. Sniffed candles are accepted at management's discretion. A statutory declaration may be required confirming sniff duration did not exceed 3 seconds.
  • Stress Balls: Must not show visible signs of excessive stress. Light existential squeezing is acceptable.
  • Food & Drink: Unopened only. We cannot accept BBQ rub that has been "tested on just one steak." Energy drinks must be at ambient temperature.
  • Pet Food: Must not have been opened, sampled (by pet or owner), or used as evidence of corporate generosity.

Return Shipping

Returns must be shipped via approved Brosnan logistics partners. Items should be addressed to:

Return shipping is free for items over $100. For items under $100, a restocking fee of one (1) compliment to the returns team will apply.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued in Brosnan Points, which can be redeemed at the Brosnan Merch store. Brosnan Points have no cash value and expire upon close inspection.

Exceptions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during the "Practical Completion" flash sale
  • Personalised or engraved items (we don't offer these, but just in case)
  • Items that have been used to resolve an actual workplace dispute
